My best friend will be opening a small dress shop downtown and I dropped by to see how she was doing with her decorations. I found her looking a three fitting rooms with no doors. She looked so relieved when she saw me and asked what she can do with the fitting rooms. Definitely, she does not want to extend another more day to have 3 doors constructed for those fitting rooms. She was looking at the idea of curtains but she wanted to make sure the curtains will still look neat to do away with having to make a fuss of re-arranging every time a client comes in to fit. I suggested buy herself some eyelet curtain poles, have her curtains punched with eyelet holes. Know what? Her shop officially launched that same day.

I drive a Prius. A lot of people call me a hippie or make fun of my vehicular choice, but I always assure them, I bought the car for completely selfish reasons. Gas is too expensive—since I commute approximately 70 miles per day to get to work and home, I really need good gas mileage. I really think that the people who laugh about the Prius are the ones who are jealous. As soon as I mention I get 42 miles per gallon, they seem to quiet down pretty quickly. The only complaint I have about the car is that it’s ridiculously ugly on the outside.

Freshly starting out my chocolate business, I utilized a part of the house as my office. I had the adjoining door to the living room replaced with a sliding glass door so that I can still see what the kids are doing while I am busy with marketing strategies. When a client confirmed to come visit for some specifications, I was struck at how my glass sliding doors appeared so bare and even prevent some amount of privacy. I imagined how uncomfortable my client would feel. Made to measure blinds was just the right solution to those glass doors – they were exactly what I need – privacy when called for, visibility when I need it.

Last year in October I bought my PC and TV tuner. The PC is an assembled one and very reliable. I bought it from the computer street Lamington Road where you will find everything about computer. Initially I surveyed the market and took seven quotations from different stores, and then I finally went for the best and suitable service from the Bless Computer store. Its mother board is of Micro Star International and the microprocessor is AMD. Hard disk is of 250 GB and RAM is of 2 GB. There are CD writer, pen drive ports etc. The monitor is of LG brand and it is 20’’.

If I didn’t have to work ever for livelihood, I would like to do recreational activities with my kids and family. Sufficient time would be left behind to do work for social agencies and for the poor people. I would not ideally sit and enjoy whole day rather than doing some useful work. I will join hands for save of wildlife and environment. I would particularly give attention to the orphan children who have no one in this world to call as parents, brother or sisters. As I did not to think of livelihood so my ideal income might go to the charity show or for rural people for education and job assurance.

Building a new house is really a great feeling. It makes you proud that you are able to accomplish something for yourself and for your family. This is actually what my older brother is feeling right now. He got married a few months ago and for years he’s been saving up so he can build a new house for his wife and future kids. Now, everything is turning into reality. He’s starting to build a new house. His wife is so excited planning everything. She mentioned to me that she would want a garden with lots of daisies. She is planning to have customized window blinds too so they are looking for blinds provider that is offering made to measure blinds. She is really happy about the new house. Of course who wouldn’t be happy?
My brother must be feeling really proud of his accomplishment. I am happy for the both of them and now they are ready to start a new life and family.

I would like to take a moment and say something about the feral cat population. At my home, there can be 24-26 cats and kittens in one year. Some of them run off and predators kill some of them, but the majority stays around and have more kittens, either by the cats that are all ready in the colony or it could be a strange cat from the neighborhood. What I would like to propose it that you get your cats spayed or neutered as I have been trying to do with the feral cats. This will cut down on the population and give the feral cats a better life.

Learning things about home appliances, furniture and layout has not always been my forte. But, my husband is very good at it. He knows so many things about home economics – he knows about window blinds and even different kinds of curtain poles from stainless steel curtain poles to corded curtain poles. I am truly amazed how he knows all these things.
He also know about modern appliances like he knows how to set-up the entertainment system all by himself. Well I guess that is why I fell in love with this man, he knows so many things and he can fill up my shortcomings.
Now, the best thing to do is learn more and I know he is willing to share me some of these knowledge.

My day is actually going okay. I am getting a lot of income and I will receive it in my bank account on Wednesday if not tomorrow. I’m finding some work which is also helping. It is a little hot today after the monsoon storms where I live in Arizona. I’m at the library right now and it is a different library than I usually go to. I’m also getting a lot of work done. People are being nice to me and I’m not having too much drama going on around me. School has started so a lot of kids are busy.

One thing that means a lot to me is how people treat each other. I like to see people being treated equally. I like equal rights. I do not like when I see people getting singled out for mistakes when others are making the same mistakes and getting away with it. Part of the reason is because I’m always the one getting singled out. It sends the message that some people have more rights than others even though we are all supposed to be on equal footing. I believe rules should apply to all people regardless of how well liked they are.
